Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026
Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Jemjay, LLC d/b/a Automation Consulting Services ("we", "us") about your use of Deeluge. By signing in or using Deeluge you agree to them. If you use Deeluge for a firm, you agree on behalf of that firm and confirm you are allowed to. If your firm has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
Accounts
- Accounts are for people at firms we have given access to. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your firm's owners and admins control who is in the firm, what each person may do, and settings that apply to everyone, such as who can see logged emails.
- Tell us straight away at privacy@deeluge.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Your data
- Your firm owns the data it puts into Deeluge: deals, documents, CRM records, notes and emails. We use it only to provide Deeluge to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including confidential deal documents shared with your firm, and to connect the mailboxes and calendars you connect.
- We keep your firm's data confidential and apart from every other firm's.
Connected Google and Microsoft accounts
When you connect a Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook or Microsoft 365 account, Deeluge acts on that account only as described when you connect it and in our Privacy Policy, and only for you. Your use of those accounts remains subject to Google's and Microsoft's own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email through Deeluge, or email people in breach of anti-spam or privacy law;
- upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share;
- try to reach another firm's data, get around limits or security, or disrupt Deeluge;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer Deeluge, except as the law allows.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other users or the service at risk.
Scores and AI
Deeluge uses automated analysis, including AI models, to extract facts from deal documents, score deals, and move deal stages or suggest moves based on new emails and notes. These results can be wrong or incomplete; check them, and undo any stage move you disagree with. They are a starting point for your own judgement, not investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and you are responsible for the decisions you make.
Fees
Fees, if any, are as agreed with your firm. Unless agreed otherwise, they are not refundable.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Deeluge and may change or remove features. We aim to keep Deeluge available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Ending your use
You can stop using Deeluge at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering Deeluge, with notice where we reasonably can. What happens to your data afterwards is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Deeluge is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost deals. Our total liability for any claim about Deeluge is limited to the fees your firm paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell account holders of material changes in advance. Continuing to use Deeluge after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
