Deeluge

• Screener. Upload or forward a teaser or CIM, and the key facts are pulled out and scored against your firm's rules.
• CRM. Accounts, contacts, deals and lists, with notes, tasks and a timeline of everything that happened with each record.
• Email. Connect your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox to send email from Deeluge, add the people you correspond with to the CRM, and see your emails with each contact on their record.
• Calendar. Connect your Google or Outlook calendar so meetings with contacts are logged on their records, and meetings you schedule in Deeluge appear in your calendar.
• Deal stages kept current. When someone you have a deal with emails you, or a colleague logs a note, an AI model checks whether the deal has moved on and updates its stage, or suggests a move for you to review.

Connecting a mailbox or calendar is optional and is done by each person, for their own account, under Settings → Email. Deeluge asks Google or Microsoft for permission to:

• Read your email, to add the people you correspond with to your firm's CRM, log your emails on their records, and keep the stages of their deals up to date.
• Send email as you, only when you press Send in Deeluge.
• See and edit your calendar events, to log meetings with contacts and add the meetings you schedule here.

You can disconnect at any time, which stops all access straight away. How this data is used, stored and protected is set out in our Privacy Policy. Use of Deeluge is subject to our Terms of Service.

Deeluge is for investment firms and the people who work at them. Access is by invitation from a firm's owner or admin. Request access, or sign in if you already have an account.
